BMO’s Get a Loan Agile project was the first integrated experience between UX Design and the newly formed UX Research and Human Centred Design teams.

This initiative was an early point proof on how the Experience team can collectively partner and collaborate from Design Strategy to Design Execution.

In parallel to standing up a the cross-functional team, and conducting market research and business analysis to define the scope for their first release,  the UX and HCD teams partnered with us right at the onset to :

• Developing a stronger understanding of the problem space and customer behaviours

• Making sense of what to prioritize

• How to win the market on experience
